How to grind lentils with the food processor to make lentil flour
Step one – Rinse the Lentils in Water
Firstly the lentils need to be put in a sieve and rinsed in water preferably a cold one. while filtering, the ones that are not good will rise to the top surface of the water it is put in. discard the bad or discolored ones.
Step two – Dry out the Lentil in Sun
In a single layer, spread the rinsed lentils on a paper towel placed on a cookie sheet, and using additional paper towels, press out as much water as you can. Put the lentils in a sunny spot till it is completely dry.
